KATIE YATES

(couldn’t be more than what your movements say)

couldn't be more than what your movements say

quick switches of hands

fold in to flight

do

not

hope

for beauty but are

and so

much more than that, I think

hold your happiness at great height

watching you is to flourish

it is just

& and the pleasure of it

is too wide to measure this late in the day

sun still echoing in the branches
